Hi i bought the red penguin pet but he cannot wear any pet equipment in the store. I bought the ear-muffs that are for penguin but he can't equip them either. Is it possible to refund this item?
If it can’t wear it in the cash shop he can’t wear it outside the cash shop. I can’t check right now but most pets can wear the little red ribbon or those little hats. Again, only if you see it appear on the penguin in cash shop it can actually wear it.
Nope... just tried every pet equipment on him and none work. I figured maybe the earmuffs worked outside the cashshop hence why i bought them but they don't. He doesn't have any wearable equips...
The new variation of old pet usually have new pet equip to wear. Silver Husky is another example where he wears a pair of sunglasses (morphing necklace) and can't wear anything else that a normal Husky can wear. And as Ohad said if you double click a pet item in the cash shop but it doesn't appear on the pet that means the pet item is incompatible with the pet you're using. So...maybe you can try to sell it for cheap or buy a normal penguin to make use of the earmuff...or just leave it there / drop it in the FM.
Go through all the pet items, if you can’t find even 1 that it can wear you should post it in the Feedback thread inside the NX items thread! Got a red penguin myself but never bothered checking into it tbh. The commands are also off
There's a pet item in the first page, that changes to fit the pet (looks like a blue orb). It allows for a pet equip even to pets that have none, like blue candle.
Im having the same issue with my red peng too. Items a regular penguin (blue one) can equip dont work with red one
