Together with PQ level cap removed, hope this can be done in the future, perhaps exclude some special quests like event. (I can finally do my favorite OPQ but can't accept the quest related, like goddess' diary and papa pixie quest)

It's good to hear, but may I ask a stupid question for what type of quests' cap not going to remove(stay limited forever)?
It's not a stupid question, but I can't tell you exactly since I don't know all the quests by heart. However, there are some quests that for story-reasons become unavailable at a certain point, when other quests do become available, or when your character reaches some milestone. I understand if it's for story-reason/milestone reached and I will agree this kind of limitation for sure, but I can't really think of the reason why level under xxx "only" but nothing else, like this one named POLLUTED! <1-Evil Eye>, is the reason to restrict it under level 57 for you will be too easy killing 999 Evil Eyes so it's not allowed? My request is not removing really "all" quests' caps, but all "these kind" of caps cause it's nothing important/special to limit(bad wording for title, I thought word "regular" exclude these quests as well), for the mentioned quests with story-reason/milestone reached can still be restricted with level or whatever other ways to stay it normally.
