Closed remove my mac ban/ unlock my previous character

Hi,

around half a year ago i was banned from Royals. the GM that banned me was sure that i was hacking , while i've tried to explain him that what i've done was'nt hacking, but what you call "Robotic Play", without a success.

i would appreciate if you unlock my previous account or at least let me creat a new character for playing.
