Closed Removing wedding rings

Problem: Removing wedding rings
Details: Can't drop wedding rings once reservations are made. Explained situation to Andreas already and said I have to make a thread and wait for next server check.

 

Can I have the full name of the ring that you want to be removed?

 

It's the Star gem Engagement Ring Box (empty) along with the Premium Cathedral Reservation Receipt, if I could have both of them removed that would be great!

 

I have removed your wedding reservation, please try dropping the ring now.
