I don't think you understand how economies function very well. Supply AND Demand are equally contributing factors. The price of Dep Stars is currently ~188m because supply and demand converge at this point. The only difference of having a repeatable quest is enabling you the convenience of purchasing a finished Deputy Star, rather than painstakingly searching FM for each individual component required to forge it (assuming you are not yet a high enough level to farm all the required components). If this limit is imposed, then the supply of BF toes will not change, and presumably neither will the demand for Deputy Stars. The price of a finished Dep Star will rise (as Demand falls due to each player only being able to obtain 1), and the price of all components should add up to the selling price of a Dep Star, 188m. As a BF toe is the hardest of these items to obtain, they could foreseeably sell for 100m+. So your savings assuming you've already farmed the other items wouldn't be very significant. I fail to see the source of your complaint, when these people are simply providing you a service for a fee that has been determined by the market. If Dep Stars were overpriced, they wouldn't sell.
