    Last thing you did: unsure, last online was 2018 if not mistaken.

    Why do you think you got banned?:

    Ban message when attempting to log in: ID was blocked from connection or deletion.

    Previously I posted another thread and it was closed because I mentioned two Accounts and one got unlocked. This account remains banned and I not sure if the closed thread will further reviewed.
    as instructed, I managed to retrieve recovery email and have changed passwords for this account. However, I’m still unable to access the account in game client.

    kindly assist and thank you so much for all the assistance!
