IGN: chubstar Level: 70 Problem: Deleted character by accident while trying to transfer items to mule Details: I was going to remake my character because I had an issue with the skill points. I was trying to log in and I accidentally deleted it while I was still in the process of transferring my stuff over , while logging in and out of my mule. Please help me get my character back, I would greatly appreciate it! Futher details: character deleted on October 14th, 2024 @ around 2PM PST. I must say this was the worst support team I have ever had the displeasure of having to get assistance from. Waiting over a month for an admin to click 3 times and bring back my character is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered on any online video game. Absolutely ridiculous. I have had time to join the game , make 2 new characters , and quit the game before ever getting help. You guys don't even take the time and minimal effort to get back to us when things take forever , you guys have not a care in the world about your community. DDOS has absolutely nothing to do with this issue , and taking 10 minutes to fix it could of been done with or without ddos issues. I am shocked to see this is how you treat people that donate to your game. I am very disappointed and regret having put money into the game , not because I wont be playing it , but because of how careless your team is.

Unfortunately, the recent DDOS issues also caused delays across all of our services, which affected response times for everyone. Our team truly cares about every member of the community, and we ensure that all players receive equal treatment, regardless of whether they have donated. To do otherwise would be unfair, and we firmly believe that prioritizing any player based on their donation status goes against our principles of fair support.
