As probably has been reported quite a few times already, players that have had more than 4 kills have sometimes been reset to 0 instead. I personally was at 19 and was reset to 0 kills despite my account being created August of this year (so it would be impossible for me to have any kill/turnin counts for 2019). I was referred from the discord to make a bug report here. Hope this can be fixed or compensated!
I'm also experiencing this issue. I was at 19 and was reset to 0. My account was created a few months ago and I did not participate in last years event.
Hello, the turn-in progress of some players' participation this year's event has been reset to 0 due to an oversight on our end. And unfortunately this is something that we are not able to appropriately refund players for. Apologies for any inconveniences to those who lost their progress, but hopefully there is plenty of time left in the event for players to complete their turn-ins. Additionally, players who managed to obtain more than 4 turn-ins from this year's event so far was due to a bug exploit, which has now been fixed.
