First of all, you have no right to loot mw20 and using that group owned mw20 as a power to hostage whole party. If you didn't looted mw20, you wouldn't have gotten into this situation in the first place. I am sure that most HT runners including you know that party leader loots valuable HT drops and sell and split among the group.
Everyone deals with a rumor. Not everyone is going to like you. If you are not guilty of anything, why are you reacting so strongly like this?

1. Ziatan just about to verify the rumors from you yourself, u didnt plan to defend yourself but ask for the one behind the rumors. Well, rumors, how would u know who started it? Idk.
2. Your action more like tranfer your hurts onto someone else which is innocent.
3. afaik, you're not that kind of scammer? Idk. Despite, that not a good move.

 

Right, If i dont loot mw20, it "probably" wont come down like this.
Theres alot of possibility, especially now i m aware Phew and moagin maybe friend with Ziatan.
No one can tell what will happen, I just picked a option that has advantage to negotiate.

Nidone, seems like ziatan is the person you dont like cause he judge you base on some rumors he heard about you, but the rest of party member is innocent. Even they are friends with him its also not a problem.

You just need to pass the split for the party members.

There is rumours but I have one time go with you and I believe you are not a bad person (even you dont know who am I)

And about rumours, here is a thing I would like to share, which Im so agree.

Personal request from me, don't drag gms into your drama.
They are also players like everyone else and should have the right to join guilds, boss and play the game without having to deal with that.


Anyway let me make something clear. Scamming, like your case, is definitely bannable. But you need enough evidence for the staff to be able to do something about it, which doesn't happen in most cases(e.g leech scam, dude forgets to SS the trade, doesn't write down an agreement and then leecher logs off).

Spoiler: Example for an agreement

Chat/trade window in which it is clearly written that dude A is going to leech dude B for X amount of time in exchange for Y meso

The blacklist is for things like the example above, where you forgot to get your evidence and aren't able to make a report so instead, you try to warn other people in hopes that you might prevent the same scenario from happening to another person.
Here is the rule which scamming qualifies under, again, with the proper evidence.

Objectionable Behavior (Disruption) - The act of engaging in any sort of action that is deemed to be excessively disruptive to the individuals around you, including spamming or flooding chat or skills. Punishment: First offense - 3 day ban, Second offense, 7 day ban, Third offense - Permanent ban.

 

Was there not enough evidence posted by multiple people for this person to be banned? Video evidence screenshots, hes basically self incriminating himself so I guess we just need to accept the loss cuz if this isnt a scam idk what is tbh.. ?

 

Not a single member of your party made a report about it. You just took it to the blacklist instead.

 

k so can i copy and paste everything into the report section? and get more people to do the same? all the evidence is there.

 

Since this case created a lot of attention around it I don't think it is necessary for each and every one of you to make a report, but if you can gather all of the evidence in 1 report it would be helpful.

Don't try to clean yourself by trying now split the drop. Everything is on video, I am not watched but if your not edited anything should be. First you took MW like its your own when you shouldn't, then said its yours and you won't split, because u have problem to Ziatan. But after get scared of whisps and smegas you tryied to calm the situation. First u said to me you gonna split only with me 50/50. After you changed your mind and want to split to all other excluded Ziatan. At the end when you gave me money you said u can pay for Ziatan if he will speak with you. But he don't want to speak with you anymore. You really act like a child, its hard to understand your behavior. Now you are trying to show everybody that you are most affected by this situation. Pathetic.

Anyway like somebody said upper there, you shouldn't take anything valuable from drops, because u are not leader of run. Additionally you did "corner checks" and stole 5k of NX, thats again not your work. I hope you gonna learn something from this situation for future. Anyway if you find someone who would like to run with you after all.

Imo most affected here is Phew, because he felt guilty of that all and self-banned. RIP

After all I just want to say "i am sorry" to all party members for waste their time and getting mad because of that all.
Of course Nidone getting blacklisted by me and all my friends.

No, theres no such thing like i have change my mind.
I wont know if you or any other are part of this, the video contact that i try to make it clear, that you or phew or other people are not with either rumor or ziatan.
That is also why i didnt want to lend you or phew book after i figured it out.

Also im aware the consequence for this behavior.

No, I dont want these mesos, I still keep my word, ziatan will have his split for what i asked.

 

I already did, not return the book though, its sold and i had gave splite to Moagim and BM.

Reason for blacklisting: ill-mannered / failing a dojo run on purpose

Details: Went to dojo tower for my daily runs and managed to join a random party (led by Peteski). It started off pretty okay until towards the end where the party members were slowly dying to the higher level bosses. CuteSin then fooled around saying 'alright i'll just die with you guys' at Leviathan and went ahead to kill herself. This stopped the party (me the only one left surviving) to proceed to the higher levels to get more points. As the party was lacking a SE buff, she sent an invite to alliance chat to get a SE buff and one SE decided to join the party (ItuHunter) so CuteSin requested to have the party leader which Peteski passed on to her. The second round went pretty much the same as the first where everyone slowly started dying at the higher levels. At papu, there were 4 of us left and until it was down to her and me (NL). Trying hard to clear that level, I requested for her to use the bamboo spell and she wasn't responsive until I said it like 2-3 times. She then bamboo and say ok lets get out of here, she then proceeds to leave the dojo at 40% hp papu. So I decided to continue since I'm a NL and bamboo charges fast. Before the papu round ended, she just kicked me out from the party (as everyone is already outside) with absolute zero explanation. When I confronted her, she said I've been screaming 'bamboo' like 10 times and that's all she had. As I confronted her via alliance chat, SE guy (ItuHunter) also mentioned that she shouldn't have done that. Do stay away from her.

tldr: do not dojo with CuteSin

 

I just said that it wasn't nice to kick you, but I agree with her call that getting out when few members are left is more efficient. Using drain in dojo is just slow. She was the party leader and you should have just followed the call. Maybe she could have given you more time to comply.

Anyway this is just a party dispute and doesn't warrant a blacklist on either side.
