Not much evidence of the event since a lot of probably went down during FM and 2m isn't a lot individually. But this guy has been scamming people left and right. Got multiple mega's and whispers backing this

REASON: Looted NX card at Zakum run without dropping EOF, and also looted ALL of the zhelms while the rest of the party was clearing mobs.
DESCRIPTION: Without even asking permission to loot he looted all of the zhelms on our run. When called out on this he started saying "well you didn't say not to take them." I called him a scumbag and he started smega'ing that I was toxic. I only post this now because I notice he reported me on this thread last Thursday for "being toxic" after I defamed him on my account and smega'd that he steals from Zak runs.

Blacklisted him from any future runs as he is a thief and a terrible party member and a liar on top.

3. DETAILS:
Someone accidentally looted an apple in APQ and dropped it for the owner outside but despite knowing this, ThingTwo looted the apple and ran away. Even smegaing later about it, claiming that it wasn't in the PQ so it was fine to loot it.
Multiple people have also come forward claiming that he has stolen NX in boss runs as well.
Many people in my buddylist has also claimed that he stole apples in APQ

3. DETAILS: (Gonna expose his dirty deeds, there's a few which he did. Which can come up to Harassment/Scamming(alot) .

Basically he will go and recruit random people (i'm one of them), he promised after the quest, he will give 10b for the highest points .
He judged each person by points given
Total 4 people (Me(Hermit), a <level 20 guy, a warrior, a priest )

He will give multiple quest like take off all our current equips, buy beginner items for our-self, protect the level 20 guy through balrog,
Protecting the level 20 guy for 1min 30s at vic>orbis balrog ship)
This goes on all fine, then he will just keep leading us on, he promised us an hour, have been 2hour or so , nothing given.
Negotiated with him
he even afk at random times, he just kept dragging, no rewards halfway.
We all left.
Later when i smega his deeds out, more maplers come forward and whisper me that he will drag on the game or the contestant answer doesn't satisfy him = no rewards. He had NEVER gave out any rewards, please track his logs, he's scamming HUGE.

It's not his first time, if you google his name, he got a bad reputation ksing other people map and coming out with crappy excuse,
Asking random smega-ing questions which makes people roll their eyes.
Moderator, do we really allow this kind of player in this server?

He runs community events and only gives prizes if you finish them, sounds like you just got fed up and left. 10b is a big overstatement by him, but did you really expect a player to give you 10b randomly? The ksing ban appeal you're talking about is 2 years old. Why are you adding his irl name to this post?

 

Nahh he doesn't, it's not just me who claimed he scams, alot others whispered me claiming he scammed too after i smega his deeds out.
His techniques are "your answer/time/worthiness" doesn't satisfy me, calling ppl pathetic. (from other maplers)

I don't think you understand what scamming means, it just sounds like you're mad because you spent time and got 0 pay out from it.

He roleplays as Manji's disciple, he will straight up copy some of the NPC's lines.

I am defending him because I know who he is, I've seen how he runs his events, and I've seen people get paid. The community blacklist is meant for people who ruin your time playing maple, but don't break rules that warrant a ban, which I strongly disagree is the case for this.

FYI, its not just me who says that, multiple others says it too, he scams.
He did multiple offenses which in turn, he got away off scot-free, may i ask the GM why?

This is turning into a petty argument, everything's going to get purged. Post something substantial other than "I spent my time and he didn't pay me for his community event" when you didn't even finish it.

Imo if he did say he'll give the reward in one hour but drags it on for 2 hours and still shows no signs of a payout, he does belong in the community blacklist. Especially if he frequently runs these "community events" which promises a reward. The community needs to know he's just wasting their time.

You don't get banned for trolling and I've never heard of someone getting banned for scamming. Even so, I fail to see how any of your posts show evidence that HeroicSoul has been scamming players; wasting someone's time is not the same as scamming. You are free to post his name here on the community blacklist but expecting them to be banned for what you've accused them of is ludicrous. This post is a *community* blacklist that is separate from reports that the GMs handle. If you really feel HeroicSoul deserves to be banned (spoiler: they don't), post an actual report in the "Report Abuse" section (spoiler: it will be rejected).

 

Staff do not and cannot ban people for scamming based on eyewitnesses alone. Go file a report with legitimate evidence of him breaking an agreement or promise then objectionable behavior offense "may" apply.
