I ended up paying them for zhelm after they changed their initial acceptance for my DC (which is in this forum post). Didn't even get to keep a zhelm on that run. Could you take my name off the list? AAquilzz

 

another one. Misleading store title with obvious intent to scam. Numbers are blurry for me in windowed mode and I fell for the scam.

watch what you spent your money on, don't blame me for your mistakes.
the price is right there, you double click it and when it ask you sure you wanna but all 200 for 15,500,000 mesos it is YOU who press YES.

i didn't force or scam you.. my own privilege to sell anything (*teeth) in any price i want in my own store.

You're purposely misleading people into buying an item for a higher price because you have other stacks at a lower price.. what else would you call that?

it's not against the rules. it's also not against the rules to tell people about it and let players decide if they still and to associate or do business with you for pulling a bait and switch. actions have consequences.

 

Just check out page 1 and 3 post by Buster, there's a pattern.

 

People are also free to blacklist you if you do scummy business practices like these

 

It is not against the rules. You are not in trouble. You have the right to set whatever price you want, and ultimately the buyers are the ones who chose to buy it and will face their consequences and not be refunded for their mistake. However, the blacklist is a place for the community to go to avoid players who have shown unethical behavior. Misleading the buyers into purchasing items above normal market price is unethical, not illegal. This is why you will not be banned for it, but rightfully placed on the blacklist.

store prices are static, can't "switches" the price right before someone buy the item, since once owner of store inside, store is close for the public..

also, you partially right, community / people allow to let other people (players) know if they want to associate or do business with a scammer or a thief.
but what we talking about here is nothing to do with scum, just people set prices they want for the items they sell.
i saw CS on store for 800m should i apply him on blacklist?

most of this blacklist is pure boycott list for people who got mad they purchase something by accident and they want to blame it on the sellers and label them as scammers and thieves..
and that's just ridiculous!

they allow put people on blacklist if they (scammers) stole loot like zhem gen20 etc. or payed for service and the guy (seller) ran away with their money, those are scams!.
and people should be able to know who to stay away from or even associate or do business with..

not for a guy sell above market price in his store and the buyer either didn't check the market price, miss click or didn't pay attention to the overall price.
the buyer have no1 to blame but himself and his irresponsible actions the way he spend his money.

what i'm saying overall here, the Sellers must and should be unaccountable for the buyers mistakes since as i said above, its all on the buyer who didn't pay attention!

 

and they can still blacklist you if they want to, so don't make a fuss lol

let me try to simplify it for you then, you're not the only one getting blacklisted for doing this, so instead of trying to justify that the so called 'bundling shop scam' is something normal and not to be blacklisted about, do something else, like maybe put the same price for things you're selling in a bundle, instead of adding an additional digit on the back of some of the stuff to earn some quick bucks by cheating people buying it quickly

 

Up to the community. If the Z helm seller can collaborate and people agree, I will gladly remove you.

if you only had teeth for 77,777 each, it's easily acceptable that you chose to price them high. having stacks of 7,777 each then some stacks of 77,777 each clearly indicate trying to trick buyers.
