Right, and in that quote I was referring to things like white scrolls dropping like flies from gachapon and then changed to being very rare. Which caused a fair number of players to have a massive advantage (having perfect equips) over others after it was changed. Which eventually led to a wipe occurring. Events which give a low stat item is simply incomparable.
