Hi, I was doing RG on my IL mage. When I was at the boss I started noticing that almost all (~90% or so) of the Garden Golems were not getting frozen by Ice Demon, neither did they get the DoT effect. I moved on to Bonus after and the same issue occured, however to a lesser extend. (in Bon2 I guestimate about 50% of mobs did not receive effects). Fairly hard to get a convincing screenshot. Regardless this is me right after casting Blizzard. You can see that a couple do not get frozen and some do. I am fairly certain it was depending on the mobs since any mob that did not get frozen by the first freezing hit did also not get frozen by another, mobs that got frozen on the first hit got frozen by any freezing hit after. I asked my guild and a shad just entered and told me all mobs were affected by Taunt but "now that you say it, I have not seen mobs getting venomed in a while" (obviously, venom is a bit rng while freeze and taunt are not) I have not noticed any other unintended this happening. Neither have I noticed anything unusual while running any other content today Thank you.
