    With this RP cape (refreshing soda Bubbles), I don't have three pets' effect.

    With Other capes (including transparent cape and other 5 kinds nx cape I have), I will have three pets' effect.

    Pls check if this RP cape have something wrong to do with three pets' effect.

    I believe this is intended as some NX effects will clash each other, but let's wait for the Dev's confirmation on this matter

    As Dave has mentioned, only one effect can be shown at any time, this is unfortunately a restriction in the client.
