This is actually the blinking frame, not the default. (How do you gif the game? I've seen some people do it, would be great for bug reports)
Thanks for the report. Seems that the issue was for both the male and female version of the face (the color white specifically.) Fixed for next update. I personally use 'ScreenToGif', or I just use OBS to record.
