He is already paying tax to game (30m), why would he pay tax to you? You are getting clean 1b not losing anything so there is no reason for him to pay u tax. You just seem like a scammer at this point or just simply don't understand how coins work.

I have asked him what he meant when i saw that @daokevin has retracted his offer. My innocent friend here (the OP), was just trying to remind the interested buyers that they have to pay the transaction fee of 3% if they were to pay in billion coins. The misunderstanding here comes in when he misused the phrase "give me", instead of "paying the 3% tax upon paying using the coin".
