I got a 15b offer. @Lomo backed out and @jesus menendez said he would want to go up to 15b if the current bidder decides to back out.
Definitely interested in the claw but I only got about half of the required sum in cash. Would need to sell some stuff and probably farm some to afford. Alternatively I could offer 7.5b + 7.5b in items (which can be discussed) if you're looking for a fast deal.
