I'm getting a different result for hitting O2 with ele 8 wand: 1832 magic (this assumes that ele 8 wand gives a 1.05% ice boost in addition to the 1.25 lightning boost which I think it does, but even if it doesn't, the number would be 1885).

In addition to this, in the new source, magic amplification will be 1.4x and base damage will be 600 which changes the numbers as follows:
1 hit O2 with ele 7 wand requires 1577 magic.
1 hit O2 with ele 8 wand requires 1740 magic.
1 hit O4 with ele 7 wand requires 1705 magic.
1 hit O4 with ele 8 wand requires 1885 magic.
