bump~ bid for 12/4 vl boots will end on 28 march @ 0603 server time! c/o 23,456,789,012 (pls don’t bid weird numbers after this )
bump ~ if no further offers for 12/4 vl boots, bid will be closed @ 0603 server time in ~4hrs 43mins thank you ^^
Received a 24b offer via in-game whisper from @David535 (Champpi) Bid extends 48hours from now and will end 30-03-2026 @ 0530hrs (server time) Edit: I accepted this bid half an hour before the bid was supposed to end based on last bid time, and as mentioned the bid will extend 48 hours from last bid. DD was done an hour earlier than the supposed bid closing time, I mentioned that I believe we can conclude it since I didn't believe there would be any further offers, but I also did mention that I will only officially trade an hour later when the bid officially closes. Bid was not closed yet at the point that offer was received, I should still be open to accepting bids.
Well seems like u accepted a last minute offer after we DD'ed. Retracting my offer, and I will not bid on this boots (and prob. any of your future items) again. @David535 you can compete against @Kaspar 's 23b offer. ---------------------- We agreed on the trading, and it's approximately when the bidding ends. Facts: 1. buyers usually need time to liquidate, or buy ws/cs at a slightly higher price. Accepting other offer when the trading time is set may cause loss to the buyer. 2. Your msg: "I know it's an hour early but I highly doubt anyone's going to bid on it so I believe we can conclude it." "We can do the official trade an hour from now, let me know your available timings in game?" And my reply right after yours: "sure see you soon." It's clear that we both agreed on the trading. Well that's the ohms way. Nothing I can do except not bidding on you items again and telling people not to buy from you.
I rarely sell items on forums, this is literally my 2nd item. If you had any issues, you could've replied me via the inbox when I messaged you and brought up whatever grievances you have or if you so strongly believed that I shouldn't be accepting anymore offers. In my opinion at the very least, I am within every rights to accept another offer as it is still within the bidding window. And trust me when I say I hesitated over accepting the last minute offer (I literally have screenshots of the conversation with the last bidder but I don't think you'd be interested). Apart from this being literally the 2nd item I've put on sale on forums, I've also never bought anything from anyone in the forums nor any items worth more than 5b from anyone I don't already know. So I don't know anything about sales being confirmed after DD is done. Whether buyers need time to liquidate, or whatever those stuffs that you mentioned, I do not have a clue. I am not a trader, I am not a merchant, I am also someone that hates the hassle of selling and buying stuffs. To you it may be clear that we both agreed on the trading. To me I had an hour left and would officially trade when the time is up if there was no other offers within the hour. Otherwise why would I even bother to wait an hour to trade? Or what is the bidding time even for? Please do not bring my guild into this. If I am the one that is ignorant and caused any misunderstanding or somehow broke some bidding etiquette, that's on me. Nothing to do with my guild. Nobody guided me into doing so. In fact, I don't even know if I can post this response here without getting a forum warning point but I think I should post to clarify that I do not have any intention to try and get a higher price right when the bid is closing, I just THOUGHT that it was within the bidding time and it was only fair (to the other bidder) to accept that offer. I was ready to close the bid at 23,456,789,012. Thank you for the lesson. And my apologies that it turned out this way. Edit: Withdrawing 12/4 boots from sale.
