From my experience, Meso earned from the monsters and NPC-ing equipments while hunting for quest items could cover the cost of Fast Travel Ticket and Teleport Rocks.

Sry If this was mentionned before and I just didnt see it. I would like to mention that there is some useful shortcuts to speed up traveling while hunting for etc. Ariant <-> Magatia: Use the camel teleporter on the first map when out of town towards the other city, vise versa. This can even be sped up by using Magatia warping powder, that one gets in stacks of 10s to 100s by completing various quests in Magatia/Ariant. Ariant -> Victoria: There is a guy on a carpet on the second map from the right most portal in Ariant. He teleports you to a random place in Victoria, which is super useful to spare the route via Orbis. Victoria <-> Leafre: There is a portal norht of Ellina, that connects to a map west of Leafre, which consumes one magic seed. Magic seeds can be bought at Leafre, from chief Tatamo. This is super useful to spare the route via Orbis again. Using these teleport shortcuts, it is much easier to minimize travel time by some minutes each turn.
Little tip for baby typhons/temple vlock monster: u can use mages to kill the other mobs in the map if they stop respawning
Hmm from the various responses so far it seems that it should be random @MaiAh and @RuriSky got the same quest but diff hp increase
Just hypothesizing here - if the quest reward is just random, shouldn't the quest completion show a black box with question mark instead of the actual potion? Or maybe it's determined when you pick up the quest? 3/3 days of +10 hp Also, did anyone get +20 hp on the first day?
No, the 20HP reward was actually not functioning as we intended on the first day, and the quest reward descriptions were also corrected yesterday. All of the quests should be showing the correct quest reward description now, and giving the correct reward that it says. So if you want to ensure you aren't getting confused with how the quest works, then I would suggest ignoring what happened on the first day.
Everything below 150 doesn't really require extra HP. Zakum hits like a kitten at 3.2k, Krex is braindead and as long as you don't send yourself into the eye you're good, Pap's 2nd body is kinda scary but majority usually duo around level 120-150 so all you really need to do is pin it, or play keep-away with him! The high hitter bosses are usually 150+ and we have other avenues to get HP such as pet scrolls, Dojo Belts, Level 70 HP Quest, Medals, etc.
I jumped into Krex's eye the first time I fought him...its so gold and shiny.... Needless to say i quit that party in utter embarrassment right after.
Another question: does anyone know how the quest reset works? I heard that someone forfeited the quest and cannot accept it again, so it seems different from the normal repeated quests (e.g. pap crack or orbis scroll quests). Also, does the quest expire at reset like chair gach stamps?
Yes, if you forfeit it you will have to wait until the next day to start it again. It's to stop people from trying to get a different quest.
So the reward of the quest is fixed once you accepted it? Will I get a different result if I just keep talking to the npc and cancel the chat before pressing ''okay'' button?
There's no way to change what quest you are given. You can't cancel the chat like you say because you don't know what quest you are getting at that point.
If that did work, which I doubt, but can't check as out at the moment, then itd be considered glitch abuse I reckon
The quest does not expire the next day. So if you’re too lazy too finish it on the day you accepted it, you can still complete it in on another day. If you started the quest on a previous day, it doesn’t count towards your daily limit on the next day, so you can start a new quest right after completing the previous day’s quest.
