Hello. The ban problem is solved but i still can't get past character selection. I just downloaded the new version and tried to log in and i can't, on all of my accounts. Description of the problem: So back then when you banned me (self requested ban), i tried to log in on my other account that wasn't banned. I was able to log in but when i pressed on the character (char selection after channel selection) the screen quickly faded to black and i got a DC with a dc message I'll update later what it says if it's important. Now, it happens with all of my accounts! I simply cannot log in although i redownloaded the game. Thank you.
The DC message is: You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later. And again, it happens to all my accounts. It started when i tried to log in into the accounts that were not banned while the 3rd acc was banned. So maybe it's some sort of ban avoiding thing that im stock in?
Do you know what MAC Address you are attempting to connect to the game with? If so, I can PM you for that and check something else.
I am going to ask the Admins to look into your situation again. Based on your disconnect message, you have a MAC ban on your accounts, but it doesn't show your MAC having a ban, so I'm not sure what is going on. I am sorry once again to make you wait. This really is a bizarre situation. In the meantime, answering these questions for us may pinpoint what is going on in your situation: Has anyone else used your laptop to play MapleRoyals? Is your laptop second hand? As in, did you acquire your laptop from someone else/purchased it used? Do you use any software to alter your MAC address in any way?
I'll describe the chain of events once again: I have 3 accounts I asked for a self ban on one of them While in self ban, i tried to log into the 2 other accounts that weren't banned, but could only go until char selection (after ch selection). - when choosing a char the screed immediately faded to black and i got the DC with the message mentioned above. (At the time I thought that it's something on your end that blocks banned people from using their other accounts). But after my 3rd account was released from the ban (which there also was some issue with releasing him on time), the problem still continued and now not only with the 2 accounts that were not banned but also with the one that was banned. Since then i uninstalled and re downloaded the game multiple times as well as switching internet providers (i literally moved to Canada recently) So.. yeah
