    I am starting school soon. Since I need to focus, I need to create a temporary environment where there are no distractions possible. I would like to be banned for the maximum possible amount of time that I can be banned for. Thanks.

    The maximum ban length possible is 6 months. Are you aware that you won't be able to request to be unbanned earlier?
