Shiner Cross or Pyrope Crow?

I currently got a 127 att shiner cross and was wondering about the minimum att a pyrope crow needs to have in order to outdamage the 127 att shiner cross. Currently a level 64 crossbowman and I'm not sure whether or not I want to focus on STR.

 

Assuming you are lv 160, and have the following equipments:
17/31 zhelm,
6/36 overall,
11att cape,
9att shoe,
15att glove,
10 dex earring,
clean broken glasses,
9dex maple leaf and
all the rings

and if you use heart stopper,

127/4 shiner without SI: 141,116 dps
127/4 shiner with SI: 157,589 dps


107/6 crow without SI: 141,149 dps
107/6 crow with SI: 150,931 dps
119/6 crow with SI: 157,206 dps

make what you will of these numbers

 

I got a 10 dex 6 luk clean thief shoes and plan to make it 20 dex and 6 luk on a NL. What's the minimum weapon attack facestomper to beat this?

 

~5 att fs when on stopper, ~6att fs when on apple

 

And what about a 3 str, 21 dex bowman shoe?​

 

if you are unsure, you can assume 1 weapon attack = 5 stats when on stopper or 1 weapon attack = 4 stats on apple.
