If you closed your store it'll in fact close, what's the issue? Can you not find the permit to reopen? That might have expired as it has a separate timer than keeping a shop up. Can you not claim your items/use the permit to reopen? Talk to Frederick in FM entrance.
I did talked to Frederick, gatter my items back, but the shop in Cash item (Equip tabs) not longer there or anywhere to be found (not in cash shop as well) already bought a new shop but still loosing the nx for the missing of the 7 days of the now disappeared shop.
Your shop permit probably expired on Friday 17 April 2026, after you reset your store. since your store was reset before the permit expired, you had an additional 24 hours (free). Your permit expired after you reset your store (item disappears in cash tab). You used up the 7 days and the free 24 hours. Need to buy a new one. Yes the Royals GMs know of this. (They should because its not a secret to begin with) Yes the additional 24 hours is not a bug Yes it was known in main servers Yes GMs on main servers knew about this back then and allowed it. Its nostalgic in a way.
