Closed Shout box banned.

Also I'm making this ban appeal thread because if I get banned in the future (rightfully) I do not want to serve a second offence ban ( which is probably 7days/30days/perma). Also not saying I'm trying to get banned, but just for the record.

Also It feels like sh*t getting accused for something you clearly didn't do.

 

Why does the reason for my ban keep changing?
Why am I talking to so many diffrent GM's?

So making jokes and sharing personal opinions about another guild is not allowed?
I was obviously sharing my personal opinion and making a joke, I even felt bad and apologized to Seb. I was also finishing up apologizing but got banned before I was able to send it. Why didn't I receive a warning? So many others do.
I have given my logical reasons before of why I personally Oblivion is full of SJW, the femenazi part was just 100% a joke.
Short reason: Every time I had a discussion with Sila Oblivion members has come mid discussion and started mindlessly telling me stop discussing and other stuff. I personally started calling Oblivion SJW.
Result was quite clear, they stopped bothering me they way they used too. And I could have civil discussions with GM's with out anyone low key "attacking" me for no reason.


Why haven't I been banned flaming other guilds? I remember talking about Gentility to Sila a long time ago.
I made it clear to Sila and everyone in shout box that I found gentility members to be stupid.
Why was I not banned then?
Again both cases I share a personal opinion. Yet different results

There is SO many people in game talking S***T about other guilds publicly in FM, why do they never get banned?
I have seen people flame in game way harder in public chat even getting away with it. Even remember someone flaming oblivion directly to Eli, yet that was didn't result in anything.
You state that In game and shout box shares to same rules yet I see you treat it differently.



Now on to more important matters, Why are so many GM's in this thread, Sila, Dimitri and John has made their presence justified atleast.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Why are you using multiple different scenario as evidence in my ban?
Harassment of an invividual was brought up.
Now its me personally sharing my view personal opinion in chat about a certain guild?
Seems to me you are just trying to dig up evidence just to have me banned.

@Dimitri Could You please give a fair judgement, It is clear to me that a lot of GM's doesn't like me on a personal level thus giving me unfair judgments.

I recommend consulting with Kivin or Michael, you 3 (including you Dimitri) GM's come across as professionals that takes all sides into accord before making a decision.

 

You've been told by 5 different staff members various reasons for your ban because they all add up together, it wasn't one single incident that led up to the ban. As John stated earlier, you were toeing the line for too long and eventually enough was enough.

This many staff members have come into your thread because you seem to think that we're out to get you, that we're all hating you and out to get you banned or something.
Your appeal is closed, and you will be unbanned tomorrow.

 

Dimitri is gonna look at the case evidence fairly, as far as I know he is the one dealing with this Ban appeal.

I'm saying that I'm waiting for Dimitri's judgement so should you guys. Dimitri was the one who approached me first and said he would go trough the evidence and give me a fair judgement.

Multiple GM's come in and tell me different stories of why I am banned. It is just causing major confusion. Also you are wasting time assigning so many GM's to deal with such a simple ban-appeal.

I'm still waiting for Dimitri to go trough the chat logs and give me a fair response.

Where does it mentioned trolling? Rules states another player not a guild.

I have seen a lot of people say america is stupid for electing Donald Trump as president.
That statement flames all American players in royals too.

What if someone from ISIS plays maple royals? They get flamed all the time in shout box.

How is that different from sharing my believes on Oblivion?

People call Fryslan elitists publicly in FM do they get banned?

Just because I have been pushing it doesn't mean I should be held accounted for it. Once I overstep the rules only then can you use it as an argument in this ban case. Any thing else I did prior to overstepping is irrelevant.

Example I can't get caught for almost over speeding, once I over speed just then can I get punished for it.

You are basically saying that there was no rule to pinpoint my ban on. So my ban was issued to due personal interest, you have the right to do so. I respect that.

Alright You can Lock this thread nothing more needs to be said and done.
Any further input from either side is pointless. So please don't reply with some moral speech had enough of them trough out this thread.
