Can you stop bumping constantly? People have told you more than once if you have items to update use the edit button. You can ONLY bump once a day

You yourself even know it and you still do it

You're taking things too literal mate. Even when you know it's a grey area you still choose to act as if there isn't one. I like to believe the term 'bump' is the short for Bring Up My Post. So if you're bringing it up way too often, then you're obviously challenging the rules. Create a spoiler so that you can edit whatever sale you've made. You can edit however you like including the date, time and price sold. This is a more organised, civil and responsible way of using your selling thread. You're actually soft blacklisting yourself. You can try redeeming yourself if you take my advice.

 

That's why i asked Tim if the whether the ban was from the two updates I did yesterday or from what happened before that (or perhaps a combination). I think this is a grey area which needs to be more clear. Yes, I have received negative comments from a few notable members, many of those who are competing merchants (even with locked profiles, lmao). There are countless of other threads where posting has been whenever a new item is added on their sales (with updates varying dependent on how much play time they currently have at their disposal.

 

Quote those players and alert the GMs. Show the GMs their bumping frequencies. These are actually reportable.

There are other forum users as well. It WILL become a bumping frenzy if EVERYONE does what you're doing. So just be aware and considerate.

 

We do not speak the same language, updating and adding new items with a new a new post is not the same.

While I did say that updating your thread with new items is fine, but it's excessive if you're posting it one item at a time and at such a frequent rate. It's better to summarize a list of sales at the end of each day and if you're so constantly adding in new items, maybe wait until you have a bunch of items you want to sell or when you log off (so you know you won't get more items) before you post it. Just my two cents

 

So I could add all items all togther and bump the thread once a day => 2 posts aswell, still do not see the difference.

Not sure if you really don't understand English, or you're just trying to be a very bad troll. I'll just assume the latter, since you're clearly ignoring everyone else's opinions, even though they were just trying to help. However, I do want to let you know that by bumping your "Selling thread" that's currently sitting under the "Meme" area of the forums, isn't going to benefit you that much, maybe except for a few likes here and there. If you really want to have a selling thread, then I'd suggest that you remake this thread, but maybe, you know, follow the rules this time. Do keep in mind that this is just my 2 cents, and you don't have to listen to a thing I say, but like Venin said, you're technically soft blacklisting yourself. Have a nice day!
