    Understandable, but if you think about the root of it all. All Pre-BB servers require washing, washing comes from APR, APR comes from voting. Aren't we promoting RWT or vote-abusers to keep doing what they do because everybody is constantly buying APR or WS or CS.

    This is the age old problem with all MMOs, not just Royals. Simple way to stop a lot of this is to make APR's not tradable. I bet that'll stop like 80% of the RWT. Yes it requires longer voting to wash a character, but I feel the biggest RWT currency is APR at the moment. I refuse to believe that all the APRs in the market right now are legit. Majority of them are probably from RWT.

    Making APR untradeable is a smart idea in that it would make RWT and vote abuse useless for washing.

    But it would be unworkable at this point, as it would mean new players would be severely slowed in their ability to HP wash, while older players were able to easily.
