100 people voted that you should be kicked from the staff, do you think that is a "small group of people" ?

This just shows you didn't even understand what the discussion was about, and if anything just backs up what i'm saying about your lack of knowledge and experience. I never asked for the two skills to be the same, just for paralyze to not receive a buff twice as big as the one for chain lightning as in practice (and im saying this as a player who has done several ht and zak runs on an i/l and has played said class to lv200) the game presents minimal situations where the multi target function of this skill is actually utilized.

It's true that simply owning a level 200 character does not make one better, but if an individual has played the game enough to have one or more Lv200 characters, then chances are that individual has significantly more experience than a lv140 player, and is therefore much more likely to have an accurate perception of how things work around here, and to be right in discussions about for example Horntail. In staff chat it never seemed like experience matters, since people who has never even touched horntail in this server refused to listen to the people who horntail daily, which has now led to several staff members quitting.

I'm actually surprised about how you responded to this post. I made a proper, formal thread voicing my concerns about you and others, because believe it or not, i do truly wish for you and this server to improve, but instead you seem to just interpret it as an attack and go defensive mode, picking apart just the tiniest things to respond to while ignoring the rest of the post. Isn't this post exactly what you staff ask for when we complain about something? to actually make proper feedback instead of just mindless flaming? To me this just shows that you are not willing to improve, or just straight refuse that there is even a problem to begin with, which I think is childish and arrogant.
You said we don't know you, but it doesn't matter or now if we know you. So many people have expressed that your presence as a staff member and forum moderator has been a negative one, and you can't just blame us for not knowing you on a personal level. We as a community shouldn't need to know you, an official staff member, on a personal level for us to not dislike you. If you truly cannot read the several feedback threads made about you, without lying to yourself and saying you're perfect and its only us players that are being dumb, then i honestly think you shouldn't be on staff. You're only fooling yourself while also making the forum worse for the rest of us.

This isn't even a discussion anymore.
It seems like an attack on someone's character, rather than if they are doing a good job as forum moderator.

You guys need to chill and stop getting personal with these things. Game knowledge has almost 0 relation with the duties of a forum moderator.

If staff believe he is misrepresenting the administration, he will be guided or he will be removed. If you have a complaint, make the complaint and thats it. If it is a reasonable complaint, you do not need to argue your reasons for the complaint...

Arguments and impulse threads like these are not productive to any parties involved. And the most important thing that people don't do when they make complaints or argue a point is not suggest a solution to the cause of the problem. Without this, you are just being a whiny little bitch.

Go to the last page on this thread an look at how many of the post follow the guidelines set by the OP (please don't spam this thread) about half the thread is replies nobody cares about which are basically one lined comments that could be had elsewhere, including one from a staff member. This is one of the most prominent threads on this forum; shouldn't Evan be cleaning this up instead of trying to argue nonesense on other threads?

This would be true if the forum moderator didn't post opinions in feedback threads that are just plain wrong due to his lack of experience in the topic being discussed.

Is it just me or does this seem strikingly similar to the witchhunts in the 1600s, with people jumping on the bandwagon...

Legit this is just about whether a forum moderator should be able to voice his personal opinions on matters.
    1) Yes - he should as he is a human and just like many of us normal players, may have inexperience with certain matters (i.e. horntail) but have the freedom to express his opinion as do all of us
    2) No - he should not as he represents the staff as a whole and does not have the freedom to express personal views especially if not supplemented with experiences to back it up, and should be neutral as a forum moderator

That's literally it guys, no need to involve personal attacks and jump on the hate wagon simply to do so. Yes I know it is human nature to do so but that is how the Nazi/witch trials/all the crazy shtts have started. It is uncivilized and impulsive, and staff will hopefully decide if it is better to remove him or to give him time to improve and change taking into consideration the voices of players. I have faith in humanity.

    Alright..

Because an exceeding amount of posts in this are deviating from the topic, and because most posts are getting reported as off topic.. I am locking this. Theres >2 pages of feedback, all of which I have read. I wasn't going to respond, but felt it was necessary to explain why the thread got closed/etc.

If any of you want to message me personally to discuss what issues you have with me, suggestions on how I can improve, etc, I will respond to every single one of you, but this thread has reached it's end.

Edit: A couple other staff agreed the thread should be locked as well. Thought I'd share that
