Yeah the ksing was a big misunderstanding, i was very shorttempered that day and i asked nicely for the spot back. I went to repot and my friend was supposed to hold the spot for me, but as soon as my friend hit 70 he left the spot and was like oh dude my bad i wasnt thinking. When i asked the guy for the spot back, he replied, No, cc. Its my spot now. Didnt even say sorry or anything. The only reason i got so mad is because every single person i've met so far in this game has no consideration for other players whatsoever. They don't care, but if someone asked me for the spot back you bet your ass i'd give it back to them.
You do see that if someone took the spot while it was empty, then it is considered to be their spot. According to the Terms and Conditions you did actually KS him while bad mouthing him. But Steve is vouching for you very heavily, so we will give you a trial run, just no more KS'ing and bad mouthing people!

It was a grab-bag of complete strangers. The leader and juniors would invite anyone they found that wasn't in a guild. The guild chat was more of a forum (B>this, S>that) than a community, so I left. 2 ) What's your opinion about Synergy?: One of the top guilds in the server, with lots of people chilling around the FM. • How did you find us? I was introduced to Royals two weeks ago by my brother, who's in Synergy. 3 ) Do you have any friends in Synergy?: Pact, Marth Marth gave me some free F/P loot and buddied me. He's a nice guy. We've talked a bit but we're not best pals. Pact is my brother, we sit next to each other and play Royals together. We train together, me on my F/P and him on his HS mule. We have good synergy. 4 ) Why should we invite you?: My buddy list is tiny and you don't really bump into a lot of other people in private servers. I need some people to chat it up! I played since right after beta until a bit after big bang. My highest level was a 108 brawler in Windia before big bang. Aside from that, I had a 90 I/L mage and a 90 blaze wizard. 7 ) Tell us about yourself! I like different and weird builds. I made that 90 I/L mage lukless back when the endgame weapon was a lama staff, and lukless was a rare build that was maybe better than a luk mage. I made a beginner for fun and got him to 36. I wrote big, researched guides on all the cygnus knights before they came out. I like to train, but not to grind. Having fun is more important than big numbers or optimal experience.
