ALL Your Character Names: ShasiMage, Shasi Last thing you did: I was AFK when the ban occurred. When I came back, I found myself at the login screen with a temporary ban message. I am not completely sure whether I had gone AFK in the Cash Shop or in the event area before being disconnected. Before that, I had been leveling my Priest, working on quests, and traveling between different areas. Why do you think you got banned?: I honestly do not know. I was running only one MapleRoyals client and was not multiclienting. I do not use hacks, bots, macros, or any third-party software to automate gameplay. The only application I remember running in the background was Steam, which was minimized. Nobody else plays MapleRoyals from my home, and I do not share my PC or internet connection. I have never received any previous warnings or punishments. If possible, I would appreciate it if a GM could review my account logs and let me know what triggered the ban. If there is a legitimate background application that may have caused a false positive, I would be grateful to know so I can avoid this happening again in the future. You are correct. You were away from your computer while you left a heavy object on a key to keep attacking the cake boss. This gives you an unfair advantage over your peers and we do not accept this behaviour. If you repeat this offense, you will be permanently banned instead of temporarily banned.
