There is a bug with the quest stopping you from continuing onto part two, after collecting 200 Lazy Buffy's Marbles. Tried talking to Sabitrama and Dr.Kim at Omega Sector and both did not have a bulb to continue. Please fix.

Two weeks ago. If a gm answered you last time, it was probably added to the list of bugged quests. But thing is, i think its currently only bugged to you. Have you done anything out of the ordinary when turning in the first quest? Did you forfit midway or something?
I can confirm that the quest is working as of today, so it must be an error on your part. For the next quest, "The Father of Modern Science," the quest from Dr. Kim doesn't show up on the available quests log, you have to talk directly to him. Regarding the other bug thread that you linked, it appears as if the reporter failed to physically go to Omega Sector, and thought he had to talk to Sabitrama first to begin the quest. This is not the case, as when finishing the previous quest, the next one automatically starts and there is no need to talk to him again. Can you show us a screenshot of you talking to Dr. Kim? Maybe you missed a dialogue option when you last talked to him? Spoiler: sorry for big picture
