The report matters was concluded yes, but were u being a jackass back then, definitely yes.
But I was trying to move on from the topic that u were a rude jerk back then, but if u are willingly to work on it, then yes, I and maybe the rest will work on ours towards u.
Unfortunately, u seems to have misread my intention and begin to ask me to provide data of that past U being a jerk - which would definitely not look good like the above GPQ case.
I hope u can see the problem with urself that causes this kind of negativity from us in the first place.. I too, would want to move on with a improved FM.

Okay so then point to me anywhere in this discussion where acoustic was used a derogatory manner to warrant this warning. Or is this another one of dave's "hehe just a random warning for no reason, not related to any actions taken here"?

Seems like a pretty clear response to my comment "Again, if the "acoustic" comments are enough for ban, sure, but the outcome is not the only issue here" as it was part of his next replies but im sure it was just random as a precaution again

Well, everyone, can we leave it at this? ^

From my perspective, @Dave Deviluke has over 11k messages, and naturally, not all of them will align perfectly with everyone’s expectations. He's human too, so let’s cut him some slack and allow the Staff to handle this. Let’s take this as an opportunity to learn together. There’s no need for the community to play the role of executioner.

As for Dez’s comment, I believe it should have been left as it was, and no, I don’t care that I got banned and unbanned 45 seconds later. At the end of the day, Dezperadow was unbanned, which shows that some good came out of this situation.

Just to be clear, we were reviewing this ban regardless of his post and this thread. The staff do a lot of review of bans, to ensure we did not miss anything. The post he made in frustration was a bit of a shock, but this did not stop any of us from wanting to ensure he was treated fairly.

I agree that some good have already come out of the matter.

Ending off, as I like to also ease the tensions, I like to apologize to Dave that i have crossed my boundary as a player to second-guess his decision on thread matters or staff follow-up procedures - even pulling out old threads to make him look bad.
I hope Dez can appreciate his newfound and legit position as a player again in the server after that thorough check by Tim.
All the best to everyone involved.

I have learned a lot, with each opinion from side to side, some I liked and others not much, when new players from other servers have come, I almost always ask them if they vote correctly, in some cases they have told me that only one or two weeks, when I tell them to stop maybe 50% or less if they stop doing it and to my surprise I see them in the Ban Apelal section, the truth is sad, uwu!

As for the comments, I have not been active during the Christmas holiday week because I have been working and visiting family, but it surprises me how this milestone of wanting to change the rules goes beyond an Apeal, I have even seen that the issue has been firmly discussed. change of some rules in particular that of people who have had their Ban and have returned, play and stay clean.
Well in that case I think there is a 50/50 risk because some do change and stay well, but the rest may abuse this privilege, even saying that they will not do it anymore and months later discovered for breaking the rules again, as for to share accounts, mmmm, I don't see it as feasible as well since I have seen cases where on other servers they level accounts, they even wash them to sell them and simply say oh I should move house or use VPN that This is happening, damn it's a hard job for the ADMINs since they are the only ones who have access to the registry.

I understand Dave's position but as far as it is true, I do not like how he manages certain things in the Forum, because sometimes I feel that the answers are being told to me by a high lieutenant in the military ranks, but he does have an impeccable work record, but hey, to error is human and it is understood.

By the way, I saw a whitelist thread there of people with good behavior and stuff like that, because voting GMs rank people who bring positive things to the Royals, I even saw the case of the lost Dagger and it was returned, cool. heart of That player touched me, but people should be ranked not so much for their actions but because they help and collaborate to tell new players, hey, don't do that, it's bad and against the rules, or If I found a bug , go and report it, or if you see it afk in Stoopers and after a while it responds, I simply give my time to explain certain things and prevent many players you want from consciously knowing that they are doing wrong and I prevent the Hammer from falling on them. from Ban, obviously warning them that maybe it's not me, someone else who is Gm and Headshoot comes to the Ban Apeal section.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This thread will now be closed, as all concerns regarding potential staff misconduct should be addressed through the Report Abuse sub-forum. Sadly this thread has turned into a many vs. 1 situation which is not healthy.
