title with refrence to merlin series hello everyone. i was bored so i decided to make this trash thread. not sure whether this goes under General Discussion or Off Topic but since this kind of relates to Royals, i might as well post it here eh. this thread will be a fun thread, nothing overly serious or anything. just thought that this was kinda fun :] if you have any more rules to share, feel free to share them bop. more directed to the cleric branch of magicians,,, ---------------------------------------- ALL MAGES MUST CONFORM TO THE RULES STATED BELOW IN THIS POST. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING A TRUE MAGE. (omg this is garbage already) THE RULES OF WIZARDRY 1. BE LUKLESS Being Lukless is a must in MapleRoyals. You'll be doing bunch of shit dmg if you aren't lukless,,,,,,, no one will want you for leech because dmg sucks,,, :[[[[[[ You should be able to survive in the Lukless world. You just need to wear a scrolled wardrobe and bop you're done. You could buy a Overall Int 60% for ~25m each, and it is rather easy to purchase it due to the large sums of money you'll be able to earn from just playing the game. You could attempt to Gacha at Shrine or NLC but you need to be Level 50 and above. Being the lord that I am, I played during the time when Royals' 1st anniversary event was occurring. Thus, I managed to get a Blue Maple Bandana which gives +3 stats in everything (hehe bwoii). I don't even know what mages should wear when starting out LOL, being; Helm, Gloves (YWG but they're kinda costly). And don't worry about Shoes, because there is literally no shoes to use other than YSS. Just a quick tip, you can buy Earring for Int 100% at like a tree-top place in Elinia LOL,,, despite it's name, it gives +1 MA. So it could be useful :] Of course, if you are real as fuck, you can be Low-Luk and then slowly wash to Lukless. That works as well :][;}[:}[:}{ ---------------------------------- 2. FUCK GS2 *** ESPICALLY IMPORTANT, DURING 51-71 I cannot stop reiterating this rule. Look at this vile abomination that is known as GS2; Listening to the BGM of GS2 makes you go insane. Standing at the safe spot and holding a key for hours while gaining all the EXP is fucking disgusting. The moans of Slimy's dying makes your eardrums writhe in agony. I can go on and on and you'll soon realize that the flaws of GS2 transcends towards ad infinitum. However, the sad truth is that everyone will be forced to go through this satanic time of training in GS2. But please, do it only when you are Lvl 72 and above. ***YOU HAVE NO REASON TO GO TO GS2 WHEN YOU ARE LVL 51-71. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING LUDIBRIUM MAZE PARTY QUEST. Back in my day, LMPQ still wasn't a thing yet. So, all Clerics at that time was forced to go through the torture of GS2 to get to 80ish. Can you fathom, Clerics/ Priests having to train at GS2 for about 30 levels? Oh my fucking god. But this is a new era, alright~~~ Now, all low-leveled people are fortunate enough that LMPQ is a thing. So, count all our blessings and do LMPQ from 51-71. I am so jealous of all the people able to do LMPQ now ;-; and no i will not delete my char. It is about the same speed, if not faster, than GS2. It allows you to socialize with more people and train on teamwork. It also requires thinking, unlike the mindless spamming of heal in GS2. Can't you see, I was easily able to point out so many good points about LMPQ, and none about GS2? GS2 is true trash, indeed. If you do grind at GS2 from Level 51-71 for whatever reason, SMEGA this very message itself; "GARBAGE GS2 O WOE IS SLIMY'S" gogogogogog Your leveling plan should look something like this; Lvl 30-50 ---- Carnival Party Quest (CPQ) Lvl 51-71 ---- Ludibrium Maze Party Quest (LMPQ) Here's a guide about LMPQ, written by DrGeek; http://royals.ms/forum/threads/lv51-71-ludibrium-maze-party-quest.13284/ ------------------------------------- 3. MAX HS FIRST As (dead) Teddie/ Clement would say; "you are a hs slave". If you do decide to become a Cleric, maxing HS is your top priority. You will be able to get into GS2, WS parties and that is rather useful. It allows you to gain EXP faster from a early level, both yourself and others; it allows you to be accepted into parties at the lowest level possible (81) and verily, level up in the fastest rate. In Royals, you tend to rely on other people to leech you up from Lvl 81- 120. Nothing much to be spoken here. This is more of a tip than anything .
Welp, looks like I broke rule #1. And rule 2. (I was actually there till 90.) And rule... Sike, not rule 3. Kinda wish I did now though, I wanna make it 3 for 3!
