Closed This is an ID that has been Deleted or Blocked from connection.

Hey Dear admin ,

Today I was proudly coming back to play mapleRoyals after years and found out I could not access my account - "this account has been deleted or blocked from connection " - thats what the client tell me when I tried to log in with the correct password ,I would mention that I could access the website and even vote but can not play .
Can you unblock my account or its data has been deleted and so I should
open a new account ?
I am 100% sure I did not get banned .

Why do you think you got banned?: I did not get banned.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been Deleted or Blocked from connection."
What GM banned you (optional): did not got banned .

 

Dear Tim ,
I did not remembered my user name so I opened a new account and while loggin in tried to manage to find my old email account and I did , I am sorry that I opened a new account without contacting you first to retstore my account .
And I dont remmeber that I got banned , I think I was blocked due to inactivity for a couple of years
That is when my last play occurred.


Update: Now it says I am blocked due to accessive amount of trying to insert wrong PIC , and I should reset it using the website BUT I can not get any email from you to my email address which I can provide on DM.
please help really want come back playing old school maple !

 

I think couple of years ago in 2023 or 2022 , I had a bandit main with nice scrolled maple shield . Think I was farming last time played at a certain map for exp .
I can provide any further information needed .

 

Bumping since been almost a week without answer .
