    I am not requesting for an unban now. I just wanted to let you know that you guys are making a big fuss over a minor issue. I have 2 accounts that is less than 10days as Im a new player to this server. Are you gonna read all the regulation and T&C while you install a software to your computer or purchase something from a store? Perma banning is like a death sentence. You are going to jail not a death penalty if you steal something from a store! Make this clear this is not fair to a new player.
