I know, you don't need to state the obvious to me. Like I said, I'm not here to pick a fight with anyone.

Imagine it changed 180 degrees, we'd have a real situation here!

Well, if I may put in my 2 cents about this comment, and currently only this comment..

Using the argument about snail shells is just splitting hairs about the situation. I don't think I have to tell you this, but snail shells (or anything else that's "pointless") are incredibly easy to obtain and worthless as far as the market goes. You can't exactly compare the two.
With dupe being one of the most serious ways to hurt a community, whether it be economy or otherwise, I think trying to be one step ahead of it even if it meant banning innocent players (temporarily, mind you), was the right decision.

    Completely agree with @DontBanPlz .

I will tell everyone right now I had virtually nothing to do with this investigation. I say this not to distance myself, but rather to show the complete lack of bias I may have. Everyone in this case was treated with due process and everyone banned under suspicion was done so because the staff did their research and truly believed those banned had suspicious activity. I can't tell you the number of logs that were pulled, hours of discussions that were had, correlations and DB records checked for each ban. So to make a feedback thread questioning why these people got banned, I honestly think not only is it not your business (and why I personally am in favor of restricting viewership of Report Abuse and Ban Appeals), but a complete disregard for the amount of effort put forward by the staff to ensure dupers, who could ruin the game's economy, are not able to do so.

Regarding the one specific person this thread seemed to be primarily about, again, I do not feel is other's business and really shouldn't be the intent of a feedback thread. I believe this person had their dialog with relevant staff who gave the majority opinion of the staff as well as discussed their actions while handling the person's case. For all intents and purposes, I believe this thread no longer needs to remain open.
