I was trying to trade an Ariant Face Coupon - REG to a friend and we keep getting "Trade Unsuccessful". Is this a bug that can be fixed? Thanks in advance!

I tried ccing and that doesn't work, and I can't seem to drop it either. am I supposed to be able to? we tried a bunch of other things too, like: - putting different combinations of things in the trade - putting different amounts of mesos in the trade - trading at different maps - logging off and logging back in - trying again in a couple hours - also was recommended by someone to have my friend drop something and/or mesos before the trade none of those work... weird!! would you happen to have any other suggestions? I know this coupon's not worth much, but I'm still finding it annoying and I'm worried I can't trade more useful things like AP Resets later down the line too (haven't tried; still new so still a noob below lvl 50 lol)
Wait sorry so you totally can't trade anything at all? Have you tried dropping stuff (eg. Snail shells/mesos/the coupon)? Did your combination of items in the trade include the coupon? Because I'm not sure exactly if its the coupon causing the problem or you just unluckily being bugged and unable to trade anything
Ok, there might be a chance that your item is bugged, i suggest you to first take an ss with the time, and the inventory opened, so you'll have a proof that you indeed owned that item. After you did that, put the nx item in the cash shop storage, and log out. If you don't see it there after you log back in, then the item was really bugged. And hopefully you'll be refunded. I had this happen to my bunny ears nx hat once, didn't bother reporting it though and just bought a new one f3
Usually for NX trade when this happens, go into cash shop. put item back in the Cash shop invent and take it off. and it should work, had same bug happened with AP Resets Edit by mod: putting bugged NX into Cash Shop will make them disappear
