Solved [Solution Given] Tryed to reset my PIC, no e-mail received

    I am coming back from a break of MapleRoyal. I entered my e-mail and password correctly but for some reason my PIC wasn't good.

    So I tried to reset it but I never received the e-mail to change it.

    I tried both e-mail that I own and both don't work.

    This is the same boat I'm in right now. And apparently I've attempted too many times so its locked. But I'm pretty sure I know what my PIC is/was :(

    The email address is case-sensitive

    Apparently, your e-mail adress is case sensitive so try with or without capital. Worked for me
