Unable to Access Control Panel to Reset PIN

Details of the issue:
Hi! I tried accessing the main game where I was prompted to enter my PIN when logging in. I failed it a few times and eventually ended up having to reset my password while following the prompts. To reset my pin though I need to do that from the control panel of the site. When logging into the control panel for the site, I keep getting the error message "You tried to log in too many times, Please try again later". It's been almost a full day since then, and I've tried the following things:
* Using mobile device and mobile internet, incognito tabs, different wifi connections, waiting around for a while before trying again.

Can someone help? I miss mapling


What error code were you given(if any):

 

Took about 24 hours before I could log in again; got into control panel and verified using PIC, and got to register a new PIN!
