hi, i recently installed the game again but for some reason i cant access channels 9-20 and also cant access the cash shop (which is my main problem). i allowed both mapleroyals + mapleroyalsfullscreen through the firewall and i dont have an antivirus. i also tried shutting down windows real-time protection and the firewall entirely and nothing helps. re-installing doesnt work. compatability mode and "run as admin" doesnt work. i can play, but cant access the cash shop and many channels what can i do? this has been going on for a few days ever since i re-downloaded the game.
