Hi! Whenever I enter the pic for my character it immediately throws me back to the login screen saying "Unable to connect to game server" This happens when I try to connect using my house internet, but if I open a hotspot from my phone and connect to it then I can play... problems is my phone's connection is really bad and I really have no idea how to fix this.. can someone help please?
