    can't log in? The same thing happens to me, I place the pin and it takes me out, it tells me to try again later

    I have tried several times when placing the pin it does not enter, after 5 seconds it gives me dc and tells me that I cannot log in and that I should try later.
    reinstall and still the same

    Having the same issues, character name: N603
    Windows 10 without VPN or VM.
    usually i don't have any issues at all with any type of game.
    Sometimes it keeps asking for PIC like the PIC inserted is invalid until the dc.

    bum bum bum~ same too~f18 Can't login my characters & tried on several accounts... ~f4
    Once I type my pin, it sends me straight to login page and this pops up ~f4
    IGN: Forelsket, BuccButt, and many more mules account.. :c

    i just managed to log in after i switch the interent connection to my "hotspot" (iphone)
    and not my home WIFI !!

    I tried that to see if it works - AND IT WORKED :o

    @Matt Maybe you can see whats wrong with the logs there because I had 2 fail connections (1 clean, 1 after router reset) and then 1 successful connection via phone hotspot.

    *Edit*: going back to study now so I logged off after a ~1hr play over HotSpot and now made another unsuccessful login attempt over Wifi.

    Thanks in advance for all the hard work with bug fixes and server maintenance :)

    UPDATE:

    TroubleShoot:
    Go to MapleRoyals1024x768 folder (usually in program files (x86)).
    Use the uninstaller and remove any other trace that the uninstaller script couldn't remove.
    Download the game from Mirror 2.
    Reinstall the game (while the folder is completely empty, do not try to run over existing files, uninstall first).
    Enjoy life.

    This method seems to completely solve my issue and I'm now* able to log in without HotSpot.
