Unable to open clients on Windows 7

    This happens after I installed the new clients.
    PC1 Windows 11: no error occurred and royals can run normally.
    PC2 Windows 7, PC3 Windows 7, and MAC & VMWARE Windows 7: same notifications as follows. PC2 and PC3 not running on vmware.
    All IMG.
    edit: I tried the WZ patch as well. Unfortunately failed and same notifications.

    Same problem, same errors. Win7 on VMWare Workstation Pro. Reinstalling did not solve the issue.

    Having the same issue at my work pc.

    hi, thank you. I will edit it again. PC2 and PC3 are not running on vmware.

    Not working for me either and I have windows 7 pc.
    I get the same error message "Wrong DLL present" and Application error message.
