Not Bug Unable to start/forfeit quest: Law and Order

    I posted this earlier but in the wrong section. I'm not sure if I'm the only one with the problem, here's what I posted:
    Can I have a GM or somebody delete a quest for me? I can't continue the quest as its missing the monsters I'm supposed to kill. My friend got the quests and it stated what she has to kill but for me its blank. I also can't forfeit. Can someone help? I like completing quests but I'm literally unable to do this one. I'm lvl 53 if that changes anything. Ty!! I attached a pic of what I'm talking about!
    TL:DR Can't start quest as the task of killing monsters is absent nor can I forfeit the quest

    Chain quests cannot be forfeited. This particular quest has each next part of the chain quest starting at a different minimum level requirement, so you will not get the next part of the quest until then.
