Moderate Unable to use Corkscrew Blow

    Logging out and in does not fix the issue. Only rebooting the client fixes the issue. Not sure when the issue started, but even after my papulatus run i tried on random mob maps, I could not use the skill as well.

    For me, even a normal computer restart tends to solve the issue. Happens to me when the PC is on for a long time [over a week]

    yeah you might be right, I run a store mule so my PC is usually on for more than 7 days in a row ~f12
