Closed Unable to use password even after reset

    Problem: Unable to log in to account even after resetting password
    Details: I tried logging in with my old password but system tells me it is wrong. Reset password and managed to log in to website's control panel successfullly but still not able to log in to the game.

    login with first 12 characters for the game now

    this bug will be fixed at the next server check
