    how to do that my refresh rate 60.01, how can i changed to exactly 60hz

    I get this error on a Windows 10 computer that has three 60 Hz monitors (NEC PA271W and two generic VGA models). The resolutions are 2560x1440 and 1280x1024 respectively. However, the NEC seems to be stuck in 59 Hz mode. Changing it to 60 Hz doesn't do anything as Windows changes it back. All of this is powered by a GeForce RTX 3060.

    What's weird is that I don't get this error on a different Windows 10 computer that's using a 144 Hz monitor. It's just an HDMI stick PC, but it worked fine when I played about 6-7 hours ago.

    after reading this post i found the solution to error code -2147.... : change the refresh rate to 60.0 Hz , i had on 75 Hz then change it and worked for me

    Hi, my monitor DELL UP2716D, can only set hz to 59.951, so I think this is why the error happend, but last update is work perfectly>:(

    Hi guys I found solutions.(Which I can only set hz to 59.951, so errors happend)

    Go to NVIDIA Contorl Panel -> Display -> change resolution -> Customize -> Create Customize Resolution
    add a new Custom Resolution, In Timing tab -> Standard -> Change to Manual, then change Refresh rate from 60 to 60.001(idk why, but some monitor's 60hz is mean 59.94 or 59.951)
    Save the Custom Resolution, and the Client can launchhhhhhhh.

    I turned off antivirus and firewall and even set it to 60hz And the game with Admin
    Can someone help me please. Or you can teamview me

    I have tried your suggestions, juggling around resolution and hz settings but i still can't get anywhere. Highest hz setting I can go for is 60hz only

    unfortunately for me, I can't seem to find this option under intel arc controller as I'm not using an NVIDIA graphic card

    Hi, i got this after to install new set up on my PC (windows 10), i tried to refresh 60Hz but nothin happen, idk what else to do, i hope can help me <3

    i solved the problem i don't have 800x600 so i custom it and it works

    Would also like to add in a little more details as I have forgotten to include it in
    OS: Windows 10
    Graphic Card: Intel Arc A750
    Display 1 resolution: 1920 x 1080
    Display 2 resolution: 1600 x 900
    Display 2 only has 60hz selection while Display 1 has 50, 59.940 and 60hz
    Have tested combability mode on all available versions
    Have tested each screen individually and some resolution options
    Am at the latest available update of Windows 10

    go to the graphic control panel and custom 800x600 wiht 60hz then add it

    Was experiencing the same "error code: -2147467259 ..." at all resolutions/frame-rates so I created a custom resolution with Intel Graphics Control Panel > Custom Resolutions (Created 800 x 600 60hz). Set that and opened MapleRoyals which surprisingly worked.

    Note for devs and mods - I noticed immediately that I was in window mode by default. I quickly changed that back to full screen and changed my computer's display resolution back to 1920 x 1080 60hz. It is now working at all resolutions for me. I'm wondering if the issue had something to do with being in windowed mode before the thanksgiving update.

    I keep getting this error. Downloaded the client same day the new update went out.
    I have a 1440p monitor at 60hz. I have 2 other monitors that are 1080p at 60hz.

    I don't necessarily want to downres my resolution to play. I sometimes work on my 3d art while I have royals open, and I won't run those programs at 800x600.
    Any resolution to this that I'm missing?

    Devs have released a new setup (27 Nov), you may also try running Royals to see if auto-update works

    Please confirm if you guys are still facing this error code on the latest game files
