That's actually not a server issue at all, what you're describing is the issue your ISP has with every maplestory server ever.
Because of that there's not much we can do to help you, since the problem is not on our end.

 

If this was my ISP, all my accounts would be laggy. The fact that only 1/2 out of 3 are laggy at certain times indicates it's a server issue.

 

You do know you're not the only one subscribed to your ISP, right?

There's something called internet rush hour.

 

If you read the threads related to your issue (can be found as a sticky thread in the character issues section), you will find that it only happens to 4th job characters usually.
