there's a quest that gives a guaranteed 30% overall int scroll... it's lvl >85 and needs 100 or 200 of MDT drops (i had a lot from doing pap prequest)
I have a friend that looks for clean and cheap equips, then buy them and scroll them with 30%'s... if he makes through 4, 5 slots, he finishes with 100% event and sell for a super high price. This way is a lot risky, but seems easier if you can get the scrolls to make it.
A method that very few people apparently know about: farming Iron Hog's Metal Hoof and turning them into Steel Plates. The refinery NPC in Kerning City can convert 100 hoof into 1 plate and straight up tells you that not many people know about it. Not sure how much steel plates are worth now, but for what it's worth, this is by far the fastest method to obtain steel.
