When you prep your food for the week do you refridgerate or freeze them? Just wondering because iv tried to do this and they started going bad after 3 days-.- Btw everything in your post looks AMAZING.

I refrigerate them, the texture changes when you freeze certain foods. Just try and make sure you cook with really fresh ingredients to start with and make sure the fridge is cold enough. Storage helps too, I pack mine into containers ready to grab each day so they remain sealed from Sunday (cooking day) til they get eaten.
